Download Universal Driver For Hp Webcam, Camera For Windows Xp, Vista, 7, 8 

If you went to HP download and support page and does not find the webcam driver listed, you can download and install the HP universal webcam driver (T/C apply). Base on my experience, Hp didnt list the webcam driver for model which the webcam driver automatically installed along windows installation. But in certain cases windows did not install the webcam drivers.

Version 1.00, Feb 8 2013, 16MB
Windows XP/Vista/7/8 : Download 

Note: Windows 8 and 8.1, if installation failed, set the compatibility to windows 7 first, then right click and select run as admin to install.
